When you book us for your wedding we are always available to speak to you about any arrangements right up until the day itself. Distance permitting, we also visit the venue you have chosen so that we know how early to arrive to set up and don't have any surprises when it comes to your reception. We're also happy to liaise with other entertainment and service providers you may have booked.
